She finally figured out why I move the clothes!

A few nights ago 4 am Mum watched me start to sneak another shirt out of the drawers. I've been doing this for months now an she never understood why. I thought she was asleep, but I she saw me walk through the shirts and squeeze into the sleeves. I love to wear clothes, what can I say! Anyway, Mum went and pulled my old party shirt out of the closet and let me wear it. She finally understood, I like wearing clothes! I like the feeling of constant cuddles.

I've been wearing my shirt for a few hours a day now. (Mom wont let me wear them all the time because I have to stay clean somehow) I no longer feel the need to shove open doors and drawers to fish out clothing. It's wonderful.

He remembered!

I went to my old home today. Mum wouldn't let me out of the car and she dissappeared for about 10 minutes. When she came back she was holding him - My brother! Oh and he remembered me!

She put us side by side in our kennels and we meowed at each other then fell asleep. I didn't think he'd remember but he did!

I love my brother, but now there's only two questions - what will his new name be and whose gonna be in charge?

Oh the Horror!!!The HORROR!

Today *sigh* was *sigh* BATH day. During regular grooming, Mum found a flea. And in this household, fleas mean a bath and an application of spot on.

I've never had a human bath before. It was a nightmare. Mum put me in the tub by myself and I just clawed and screamed! Eventually she got in the bath with me, which was better but I still kept screaming! the wet was excruciating! Eventually she said we were almost done, stood up in the shower and that wasn't too bad because I could hide my head under her armpit while I cried.

Then she toweled me off, which helped get rid of that wicked wetness. I never saw a human take a shower in winter clothes before.

The spot on wasn't as bad as last time.

I just hope I NEVER get a flea again! This whole experiance made me look like a gremlin too. There is an image on my profile for all to see.

Dramatic kitten day/Mum never lets me do anything!

Mum never lets me do anything! Today, I woke her up by putting all my fetch toys in front of her face and biting her nose. She told me this wasn't a good way to wake her up, but she played fetch for a little bit, I was mad though she woke up late so I didn't bring the toys back. Serves her right.

Then I decided to run around the house crying to get her attention because she owns me for the time she spent oversleeping. If it was up to me, she wouldn't sleep at all. 5 hours is enough!

Then to make matters worse, she went to Petsmart without me! She said I wouldn't have liked it because there was a doggie day. Why should I have to stay home and watch the cat videos when Mum got to go see the birds and fishies! *sigh*

She came home with a new collar and a kitty passport, so I guess I won't be alone much longer.

She's letting me sit on her lap and type on the computer, so the day is picking up. :)

My weekend -

Friday mum had to take me to the vet because I was having trouble breathing and I kept panting. Luckily he said that my lungs and heart sound good, but my throat is all swollen up for some reason or another. The good news is I don't have to get neutered for another three weeks! The bad news is mum put all the fun stuff away because she thinks I clothes-lined myself on something. I think it was when I tried to jump on that pretty wrought iron thinggy above her bed and made it all come crashing down. Either way, I had to get a shot to help the swelling go down. I'm just glad he didn't have to take my walking jacket off!

Because we had to go so far to the vet, we stayed at the Big house her parents live in. It was nice because I got to play with Ryliee. He's very sophisticated, he showed me how to properly stratch on a longaberger basket, and some fancy couches, and where all the best silks were to nap on. Ryliee looks down on me sometimes I think because I'm a moggy, but I think being half a Maine Coon makes me cooler than him being purebred Siamese. He doesn't even play fetch!

I tried to hang out with Josie again since she moved back there, but she still won't have anything to do with me.

I got to go for a walk in a new place, and my friend Gib played with me for a long time. Gib wants me to live with him, but I think he's too little to live with. When I stretch out I go from his feet all the way up to his armpits! Besides, all he wants me to do is sleep in the green box, and I like to be free sometimes. There was also a little thing laying around - I think it was a human kitten. It didn't want to play so I lay a few feet away from it for awhile, then it started making weird noises so I ran away.

I wasn't very happy when we had to come back, because I don't like to be here all alone when she goes to classes, but she told me that she'd get me a friend soon - maybe even my brother!

Wonderful Day!

Today my human mum and I went out. We go out a few times a week. I love it when we just make a short walk to the mailbox, i get to explore lots of flowers and she's really nice about letting me wander and take my time. I like to lay in the sunshine.

But today we got to go to a special place! Petsmart! I picked out a new toy because I walked around really well and gave everyone love. I did get a little scared when she walked me by the cat cages, but she noticed my tail go from straight up with a curl to low, so she picked me up and we moved along.

Everyone there was so suprised to see me. Usually a cat doesn't come in to the store unless it needs groomed. Every one was really nice and gave me treats and petted me. Everyone thought I was amazing for walking on a lead without any sort of training!

There was a mean lady that told my human mum she shouldn't have me though. She said that she worked for the ASPCA and that Mum was abusing me and stressing me out by bringing me to the store and taking me on walks. She said I wasn't a dog and this was horrible. I just looked up at her with my big eyes and held my tail straight up and curled it. Mum ignored her though, and bought me a brand new laser pointer!

We went back home, and I played with the big fuzzy green rug in the room with all the posters of the guy with crazy hair. Mum told me once that he created the idea for time travel. Then I fell asleep while watching Mum work on the computer.

I know that Ryliee, Josie, Margaret, and frosty would have been terrified if they went to a petstore, but why did that woman be so mean about me being there? I really like watching the birds and the fish and sometimes I fall asleep in Mum's arms while she talks to an employee or holds me up to the glass where the tropical fish are.
