thank you for the well wishes! Of course of all days, mom was busy baking all day with our human sister, so she did not go online AT ALL, and missed me being dotd!.. alright then mom, I best get a bite of something you baked!! NO YOU WILL NOT
Well, I did get into some trouble though. Mom hit a good sale at Petco, and had a bunch of coupons, so she bought a bag of Before Grain chicken that I eat, and a salmon flavor one, and another Instinct. Lets set them in the kitchen for right now, she says...She actually thought that she could put these in the pantry downstairs to have for the next few months. Silly silly mom...what's that you say? what is the crackling tearing sound you hear mom? OF COURSE I AM TEARING INTO THE BAG....OF COURSE I AM WATCHING TIGGER TEAR INTO THE OTHER BAG AND OF COURSE SMITTY HAS NOW TORN THE 3RD BAG. Did I stop them? nope....

mom here - arghh so much for freshness you little snots. So now I gotta dig up 3 yes 3 plastic containers for this food. Hope you enjoyed your little samples too....and you all think Santa Claws is still gonna come after this fiasco?

Sorry I missed your DDP...As soon as Dad gets home with our food,he transfers it to plastic containers(the dollar store usually has them)...he says it's not because he doesn't trust us....oh please....

Sorry we missed your DDP. Daddy likes to move our food to a big plastic ice cream container (after he's eaten the ice cream of course). But even then Sarge would push it off the table. So Daddy has to leave it on the floor with a large can on top so Sarge doesn't push the lid open and start nomming away. Actually it wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't the risk of throwing up in the food dish. Fresh food is SO much better because it smells! Pepi ripped open a few food bags too. Sarge and I tried to, but our old families stole our claws.

Daddy has had better luck going to Pet Supplies Plus for diabetic friendly food. Plus it's closer and easier to get in and out of. At least the local one is, we're not sure about your neighborhood.
