We want to send everyone our wishes for happiness, health (& a little wealth too huh?) This past year has had it's sadness. We have lost some dear friends here, and Momma has had 4 human relatives and friends pass this year.
But with sadness comes joy - we found Felix & saved him. And were able to get 2 kittens on the road to forever homes- they are patiently waiting at PAWS Chicago, and 1 more found a home. The lady called momma & thanked her for helping Kolby find his way to her. She sent some pictures & it is clear she loves him a bunch. We probably won't be here too much or might pop in right quick, so please everyone, be safe and have a joyous holiday, no matter what you may celebrate. Here is to looking for 2013 to be a wonderful year for us all.

Yes, we to have found that each year has its sadness but hopefully it is also filled with a whole lot of joy to balance it out.

Yeah bud, it's been rough. My Dad, his parents, and his closest friends all lost a pet (like myself) this year. One of Dad's gaming groups disbanded, his favorite MMORPG suddenly stopped, and he and the sci-fi convention he's been going to since he got our house parted ways (they moved too far away and Dad got tired of being the last to know important information - he was only the webmaster). It's been a year of loss, especially for me. There have been some victories and things to look forward to next year.
