Some thoughts from a kitty's perspective

The vet said they took the catheter out about 6, and things looked good. They are doing an xray in the morning to make sure there is nothing squirrely inside. (hmm no one mentioned this until Mom asked about it) but as long as my bladder stays empty and I do ok, I can come home! I am sure that Mom will have washed my blankie in my favorite wooden box, and have the fluffy purple robe out for me to knead on. Because some of the confidence has been lost, we are looking for a new vet. There is a cat only clinic in Flossmoor, IL, which is not too far away, so we are looking into that one. I'm purring for you Tigger! My mom gets really frustrated with vets who keep pushing that terrible prescription food that is all by-products and chemicals. I hope you find the right thing for you! Tell your mom to keep an eye out for ash and magnesium (and phosphorus i think) levels on food, which can cause crystals if too high. I would send POTP, but I'm out of zealies! So I'll just keep purring.

Oh Tigger sweet baby we are so sorry you are still at the Dr.'s I know that had to be so furry hard for you and your mom she she had to leave you there and you wanted to come home. Mom's heart is sad for you. You stay brave and we pray and purr you will be home tomorrow for sure.

A good vet is hard to find. We got lucky in that there's a cat clinic in our town. Good luck!
