Some thoughts from a kitty's perspective

I was outside on my leash with Mom Friday evening- (The Dad got a couple screens put up, but it has been raining ..Hiss! so he could not finish..maybe today) So anyways, we were coming back in and this huge moth was by MY back door. Now, I have snarfed the tiny ones up, so this one must be tasty right? NO WAY, All I did was take a little taste, and blech ick yuck, it tasted so bad, I mean really bad. I shot backwards, and I started to gag, and spit, and shake my head. Mom picked me up and saw that I had foam coming from my mouth! She was very worried, and ran with me to the bathroom. She washed my face off, and helped me to rinse my mouth out. It tasted so bad.....I was a little sick to my tummy, but after a while, I was ok, and ate my wet food. Mom of course, was hovering around me waiting for me to...I dunno turn green or break out in purple spots or something. I guess she worried because of my heart condition, that I would get sick. I am fine though.
Leave A Comment | 4 people already have Some bugs are crunchy & delicious,& some are vile & nasty. I tend to stick to Cat Food & Kitty Treats. They're usually always good! Yow! Thanks for the advice, Tigger. I don't know if we have any Isabella Tiger moths here in New Jersey, but I hereby swear off all moths. Bad enough that I once had to take the nasty metronizadole on account of sister Vicki's giardia. That causes the same foamy-mouth response if Mom misses dead center of the throat. It is a brownish moth prob about a 1 1/2or so wing span with a big fussy body.
