Oh my GOODNESS!!!! I made Mom soooooo proud of me today! I was just being my usual self, trying to resist the temptation to pick fish out of the fish tank when I heard it... *scratch, scratch, scratch* I can never resist that sound so I went to investigate.
I found the source of the scratching and hunkered down. Gave a little butt wiggle, and pounced! I caught it!!! I called the dog over to squash it so I wouldn't have to hurt it, and then took it's little body to Mom. She was so happy that I caught it, that she gave me wet food!!!
After I got the taste out of my mouth, I went and gave Mom a kiss and curled up in her lap while she pet me!
Too bad Oliver was cowering in the corner, or he could get special treatment too!!! Better luck next time Ollie!
