My Fiance had planned to buy a kitten for me. It had been a long time since I had taken care of a pet, and I had been yearning to have someone to keep me company while my Fiance was away. A friend of mine was taking care of two little kittens and had asked if we'd like to have one, so my fiance and I went to check the two out right away. The girl and Boy kitten were complete opposites. The girl had already been chosen by someone else, so Basil was destined to be ours. I was worried he would not clique with us, but the moment we brought him home and he slept in my bed, I knew he would be perfect for me.
