Arrival Story:
Moonlight was a neighbor's cat. They went on vacation and "accidentally" left her and her kittens locked in their garage. She had occasionally come to visit me, when they forgot to feed her. So when she tore the dryer vent out of the wall to escape with her kittens from the heat, she brought her kittens to my house, and brought them up on my front porch, for me to "care for them" When the people came home from vacation, I returned the cat and kittens to them. Three days later, she showed up BACK at my house with the kittens, once again. The neighbors were going to take her to the humane society, because she kept "escaping" and they didn't want her kittens -- so I offered to keep her, and find homes for her kittens.

Bio:
Because of her "feral" lifestyle, before coming to live with me, she is terrified of neighborhood dogs, AND other cats. She tolerates Tiger - but doesn't really like to be indoors with the whole feline family, so I've made her a comfortable safe place, on my porch, where nothing can "get to her" - and she has her own little "house" and nice comfy places to sleep, good food, fresh water daily, and mommy love a couple of times a day. When the weather is bad, I put her in a "guest room" and make sure she doesn't get lonely, there by visiting her on the same schedule as I do, when she's on the porch.
