Likes:
Attention, she will talk to you and beg for your attention but she isn't annoying about it. If she knows you are busy she'll just sleep until you are ready to feed her need for love.

Pet-Peeves:
Water. She will play with water on her own, but if you give her a bath or put her in it she hates it.

Favorite Toy:
Can't get enough of the Laser Pointer! It drives her crazy.

Favorite Nap Spot:
On her mommy, she will sleep anywhere and everywhere onces she nests in it. But if I lay down she has to be on my lap.

Favorite Food:
Kit&Kaboodle, I think she really likes food with centers of different flavors. I always get the cat treats with soft centers.

Skills:
Communication. She not only meows and talks to you but she loves to have conversations. Along with her head nodding body motions, she has quite a personality.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story:
I can't remember a time where I didn't have a pet in my life, let alone not own a cat. I had lost my childhood cat due to lung cancer a year earlier. I had found him in a shoe box on the side of the road when he was 6 weeks old. The doctors said he only would live 2 years but with love he lived to be 5. When I moved in with my fiance who had no pets at all, I knew it was time to get one. I never buy animals from pet shops, so we drove to the closest humane society and looked for a new family member. And that is just what we found. From the moment we got in there was this little black cat that wouldn't leave us alone. I was looking for a kitten but I just couldn't resist this 6 month old beauty. She was jumping on my fiance's back and would just meow at us as if she was screaming "pick me!". So of course I did and have loved her ever since ^_^.

Bio:
Out of her brothers/sisters and even her mother, Midnight was the last of her litter to find a home. She was born in the human society and had never seen anything outside of the cage and room she was kept. So naturally she was fixed on our windows and became a serious bird watcher. She loves watching the outdoors but she is not a fan of being outside. As if she knows the life she has now is a million times better than the one she was born into, she isn't willing to risk it on the outside world. When we first got Midnight I believe they mixed up the tags because they told us she was a male. Later we found out when she went in heat that she was female. So we of course had to get her fixed and checked out. She has been healthy and happy ever since. She is so full of personality and is very comfortable around people and other animals. You can seriously do almost anything to holding her like a baby or spinning her around and she will just purr. She loves to play from with her toys to just with your hands. We did not get her declawed but you can't even tell she has claws. I can play rough with her and she will never do anything but kick and give love bites. I really believe she hates to be alone, she follows us like dogs and always runs downstairs and says goodbye when we leave. I've never met such a loving cat that could go from spazzing out over toys to being a cuddle ball. She has to be one of the most cute thing I've ever seen.

Weird Actions:
I've never found a cat that loved her belly rubbed as much as a dog. She sleeps and rolls around just like a dog. You can look at her and talk to her and she will just roll over on her back and put her paws up as if she is begging for you to just rub her tummy.
