His toys! Even toys that aren't really toys...he makes them his toys!
My big cat, Cleo, who lets him know she's the boss!
Everything!! If I had to pick one thing though, it would be the fishing rod with the feathers!
Favorite Nap Spot:
My lap or on top of the cat tower.
Halo - wet & dry. Truthfully, he loves anything...even non-food items! Yikes!
He can "FLY" through the air!
It was love at first sight! I was at Petsmart on a Saturday...saw him...fell in love! He had been a victim of abuse by a cat hoarder but was too young to take home the day I adopted him. His previous "owner" shaved him to the skin and he was so pink! He was too small for neutering so he needed to gain weight and have his surgery before I could take him home. He came home the Friday after Christmas 2008. What a handful! At home, I had 3 senior cats (2 fifteen year olds and an 8-year old) and since it had been SO LONG since I had a newborn kitty, I could not believe the energy level and craziness!! He made me laugh so much!
I named Grissom after the CSI character Gil Grissom; I thought it was a great name since Gris in French means gray and he's totally gray in color!!
I adopted Grissom during a year of profound loss. I loss 2 of my kitties, Hemingway & JT earlier in 2008, and I also lost my 2 dogs, Monique & Kelsey that year as well. All passed away due to age-related illnesses. Finding Grissom and having him in my home made me smile again. He has brought me such happiness since.
