Arrival Story:
Lucky came to live with us on 7-28-08 after he was "evidently" hit by a car and dumped off by his owner. He was in bad shape when we found him. He was limping and the vet said that he had nerve damage to his right front leg and it would have to be amputated. He also had an URI and ear mites. He had his leg amputated on 8-21-08 and he did wonderfully! He gets around just as well as the other cats who live with him who have four legs. He simply does not know he is any different. Nothing stops him. He is a very sweet and loving boy!
