Arrival Story:
My husband works at a steel mill, that has a small population of feral cats hanging around. Last summer she hitched a ride home with him underneath his car. Only God knows how she made it the whole way, but clearly she was destined to become a part of our family. It took me a week to catch her, and a month to get her into good shape, but we got through it. She was so feral that we soon realized that she was unadoptable. I promised my husband that I would never keep any of my fosters and rescues, which helped him accept that his "man room" was always occupied by fosters : ) I was scared to say it, so he finally told me that he knew she wouldn't ever do well in another home, and that if I wanted to we could keep her! I was shocked and relieved, and of course, I think he loves her more than I do!

Bio:
Millie is as feral as they come. My husband and I are the only humans she likes. She hides under the bed when we have company. She will eventually get lonely and try to venture out, but can never seem to make herself come any further than the hallway. She rules over my boys, although SnowShoes sometimes puts her in her place. She loves her Stubby Bubby the most!
