Leave a treat for Yang (forever loved)

December 20th 2000

Arrival Story:
Yang was a feral stray who lived in an apartment complex in Bristol, VA and was attacked by a pit bull. Two angels cared for him until I met him and took him to a vet, who sadly recommended euthanasia due to Yang's severe injuries. In death, Yang saved our rabbit because the vet who helped him rest gave us a life saving tip about our Isabella during the same visit. Yang's death had meaning and that was just cosmically necessary.

Yang's life also had meaning. It shows the horrors faced by cats because irresponsible owners don't spay and neuter their male AND female cats. The two angels know this all too well and feed all the cats they can because there is just no one else to do it. Please learn from Yang's life and death. Give him meaning. Spay and neuter your pets in honor of a poor soul who lived and died in pain. This picture was taken after Yang received anesthesia and just before his painful life ended. Look closely and you'll see the mortal wound going from shoulder to shoulder.
