Arrival Story:
Junior was all alone in a cage at the AAWL in downtown Phoenix when I first saw him. One look at his sad lonely face and I immediately told him "don't worry, I will take you home with me!" And then I proceeded to look around for a friend for him. I looked at all of the other kitty cats in all of the different rooms then came back to the where Junior was and right next to his cage was a cage with 2 docile kittens and one rambunctious kitten who looked just like Junior so I picked him and we all three went home together that day.

Junior and Bart both had ringworm when I brought them home so the vet said to bathe them since we could not afford the expensive medication they wanted to give them. Junior was terrified of water and never got over it as much as we tried to get him to like it he is petrified of it and will not even stay in the same room if the water is running. But that was alright and we did not push it, His new "Uncle Spikey" cleaned both the kittens all the time and took good care of them and with us cleaning the house and their beds they got ever it quickly and never had that problem again. Thanks Spike ! ! Junior had always had an unsatisfiable urge to go outside and roll around in the dirt and then watch the birds and other animals outside. It was never enough to go out in his cathouse that we have set up out the window for them. He was accidentally let out one night by a friend of my boyfriend's and nobody knew till it was too late. I didn't found out about it till the next day. We have been searching for him ever since. We have coyotes around here that are in our yard a lot in packs, we hope that he somehow got away from them or managed to somehow find some nice family that let him in their house and is caring for him now but we just don't know. We miss him very very much and so does his "brother" Bart. Bart was so depressed for a long time. He is just now starting to come around to being himself again. This happened in October of 2008, it is now March of 2009. We Love you Junior, and Pray for your safe return!!!

How Do I Get Home?

I am lost and can't find my way home. I just ran out the door so I could roll around in the dirt and hang out under the tree to watch the birds but it was still dark out and I must have wandered off too far and now I can't get back home. My mommy was sleeping when I left so she didn't even know I was outside! I just want to come back home.
