Yeah, you heard it. I've now decided, for the first time in 19 years, to be a lap kitty. Hey, a girl has a right to change her mind, right? And who wants to miss out on all those snuggles and pets. I am not happy if I am not in a lap now. And I used to never be in laps. The humans are saying maybe I forgot I don't like laps, MOL! I know I've just changed me mind. Got to keep those people on their toes!
I agree you gotta keep 'em on their toes, Jez! You have a right to change your mind - as often as you want. Enjoy those laps! I haven't quite figured out laps yet, unless there is chicken involved. Maybe when I'm 19! Gunnie and I do not do laps neether. We like to be close to mama and daddy, but we do not wanna be ON em! If sumbuddy is holderin onto ya, then ya catnot do a quick getaway if ya need to. Maybee Sofie is right; we can all be lap cats like you when we are 19. Then we will be copy cats too. Peekie Maybe you are like my grandpa. You are mellowing with old age. I'm a lap kitty too, but my favorite place to lay is on my mom's chest. :) I'm also a lap kitty and I give mom hugs. Being a lap kitty is nice..love it when mom pets me. Glad you decided to be a lap cat. I am not a lap kitty either. Mom would be very happy if I learned to be one before I was 19 but then she would just be so happy that I lived to 19 so either way is good! Yes, keep them on their toes Jez, will help keep them young. Luv, Zoey I love being on Mom's lap! Even if she is busy doing something. MOL! Good that Zoey doesn't, so more laptime for me. Zoey likes to lay next to Mom. Jez, great you learned how great laps are! Love, Zack Laps are fun, you can get lots of extra lovings and attention. That is a great way to get their attention. We love our pawppy's lap...while we don't hate meowmy's; pawppy's is so much more spacious...MOL! Laps are the very best I can hardly wait for mom to sit or lay down so I can lay on her it is the best place to be. Maybe you changed you mind cause you are no longer the only cat in the house??? I just started being a sorta-lap kitty. I don't really sit on her lap, I lay across it. But mom says it's progress. Good for you, Jezebel! I occasionally like a lap, but only if I feel like it! I'm not too sure about that orange brother you're getting. He looks like a little stinker to me. You might have your paws full with this one! Ahhh, jus' maybe U didn't realize how comfy 'n cuddly a lap could be~?? Now U got some pawsome time to be dere 'n snugglez up 'n be so cozy!~!! I don't care fur lapz much, but MALLEE, golly dat gurl iz so lovablez she gotta be dere~! But I doez like to cuddle up close 'n lay on mom at nite, so I haz my wayz too~! MOL~! We sent Charlie a prezzie fur him happy Birfday today~! I think U will like him, well maybe eventually~ !MOL~! Jus' memmer, boyz will be BOYZ~!!! Heheheeh~! Love 'n purrz, MILO I love laps! They make the recliner even more comfortable! We can change our minds about anything at any time. Thats why we are cats. You're definitely allowed to change your mind! Ooh Jezebel. We queen cats can change our minds as much as often as we like. Humans - what do they know? |
