Skills: Does it take a special skill to be a pain in the butt???
Arrival Story: When I went to vet with a friend's kitty Chloe was up for adoption. She was hanging on the side of the cage and would knock her brothers and sisters down to get to the top nearest me. She screeched as loud as she could to get my attention.....obviously it worked!!
Bio: Chloe is such a character. She will wrap herself around my neck and lay there while I try and get work done. She sits and screeches at us until we pay attention to her. She loves to aggravate her kitty "sister" Willow (also on catster). Chloe has never hissed at anyone or anything. She is a wonderful little cat with plenty of personality.
Chloe started scratching towels in the laundry basket, bedspreads, newspapers a few years ago. She was ripping everything up. Then she started crying when she would use the litter box. I started finding little droplets of blood so I took her in to our vet, repeatedly. She had bladder stones at 2 yrs. old. The vet did surgery and she has done wonderful ever since as long as she is on Hill's CD. I am telling this story in case any other kitty's exhibit the same weird behavior Chloe was showing. We went at least 6 months going back and forth to the vet, trying antibiotics, etc. until an xray was finally done and the stones were visible. No kitty should suffer that long!
