Arrival Story:
I decided that I wanted a kitten. Ive had cats in the past, and I have always settled for something that I never truey wanted. ( I have always wanted a longhaired cat), because I am very, very, very, impatient. So this time I told my husband that I am going to get the cat that I want and I dont care how long it takes me to find it. I searched on craigslist, all the local SPCA's, newpapers, penny savers, ect....for a good 3 months. One day I was looking on craigslist and and came across these beautiful kittens in hagerstown (2-3 hours away). All longhair and all orange and white. I showed my husband and he said great where are they at? lets go get one. I said hagerstown and he face dropped LOL, but anyway I was able to talk him into getting one, and thats how I became shasta's owner =)
Bio:
After Shasta got out of the "kitten" look my sister in law started saying that she thinks shes a turish angora cat because she is so soft. So she got me curious and I have been researching these cats and she has all the personality and physical traits of one.
