When you have something particularly challenging to deal with, try to remind yourself...

You've got this moment...
You can choose to be happy or unhappy. You can choose what you think, what you say, and how you feel. You can choose to be hopeful.

You've got this day...
No matter what the weather is like, you can choose what kind of day it will be. You can choose your attitude about what you're facing...

You've got your life...
You can talk to yourself about what you need to do to honor your life, but if you don't turn those thoughts into actions,you're just playing games and giving in to whatever comes to mind.

You've got the power to make choices...
when you use this awesome gift in your best advantage, there is nothing you can't do.

Hello Xena & Mommy,

Yesterday my Mommy smiled at a very nice looking young man juss driving by in a supermarket shopping lot.
Guess wut, he smiled back at Mommy! :)

Mommy felt so much warmth in her heart & even had a moment ov a wet tear.
If all it takes, juss a smile, & a smile comes back to you wow! that's so bootiful!

A litta sunshine ☼ will radiate & flourish!

Xena you are so right, oh how true this is, when someone makes you mad and you get mad right back you are giving your power away, just smile and say a purrayer for them, you never know what they are going through and only you are responsible for your own actions, you are one smart kitty and purrty too,

WOW! Sush a smart 'n wise kitfur U r Xena!! Yeps mom smiles efen when so many 'round her r mad 'n angry wif life...'n we only gotz ONE life! Is a shame so many share their anger 'n hostility.
