Arrival Story:
When I saw Milo, he was the wildest cat I had ever seen. He was bouncing off the walls and literally climbing his cage. Out of nowhere he'd run up and stick his paws out through his cage and surprise passing people, or pounce on his toys. I knew he would probably be trouble, but he seemed special to me. Especially his piercing yellow eyes. All other cats his age had completely blue eyes, but his were yellow. Turned out I wasn't the only one who admired Milo; a big group of employees came to say goodbye to him as we left. Once I took him home and he began growing, I noticed how, even past his kittenhood, he still seemed very wild, like a miniature panther, and his yellow eyes began getting green around them. Even his meow was odd. After doing some research, I realized that Milo was a very rare breed of cats from Thailand called a Korat, and Milo was just one without papers, common in pet stores. Korats are the only breed of cat born with yellow eyes, which turn green later, and have silver fur, like Milo, and are wild throughout most of their lives. They come from Thailand, and have odd, indescribable meows. Milo's eyes are now green, but he's still really wild and playful.
