Maintaining....

Here it is several years later (well....it seems like it) and I am maintaining my girlish figure...holding in at 13 pounds. Just had my 10th birthday, and darned if I don't look like I'm 8!! I just returned from a weekend at Central Oregon at Mom & Dad's other house. I love the sunshine there; I love watching the birdies and the rabbits and the deer out of the windows. Virtual hunting! Izzie is still a pain, but I guess she's OK. She chases me up and down the hall until I just give up and lay down. Life is good!

WHERE'S MY TREATS????

Mom and my Dear Doc has me on a diet. They don't understand that I am just a girl with "big fur"!! Anyway, I am now on a "Catkins" diet: low carb, low glycemic index, whatever that means. Doc says I am eating "mouse in a can" -- pure meat! Whatever......I like it, and I'm never hungry......and, mom is pretty happy that I am down to a svelte 13 pounds! The bummer is, that I don't get my crunchy treats. Well, some; I steal them from Izzy! My fur is shiny and I like to run around more. And...I can almost catch up with Izzy when she runs up and down the hall!! This is pretty good!
