Arrival Story:
Wally arrived in our house in a humane trap, hissing and spitting. He had just been trapped in a feral colony, neutered, vaccinated and ear-tipped. The people who trapped him didn't think he was tamable, but just in case, they would have us give it a try. The first day inside Wally was terrified and things did not look hopeful. However, the next day he simply thought it over and changed his mind. He watched his tame roommate getting pets from humans and decided to give it a try too. That was the first day of Wally's life as a tame cat.

Bio:
Wally is still afraid of all people outside his immediate family, but he is a total sweetheart with the people he knows. He loves to purr loudly, rubbing his face and headbutting against his people's faces. He sleeps on top of his mom's head at night, and while at that location rolls over belly up. But in general Wally is a nocturnal animal. He spends most of the night playing and causing a big raucus with his cat roommates. They leap from the cat tree, play tag, and bat some noisy toys all over the floor. They also run into walls with big thuds. Then they sleep it off during the day. Wally is a delight, and we are so happy he didn't have to be released back into the feral colony.
