Sun Sign: Quick Bio:
 Likes: food...and me (I hope!)

Pet-Peeves: other cats; loud noises; the vacuum cleaner; being without food; not being allowed to eat the other cats' food, not eating, dinner not being on schedule, waiting for food, the time between meals...oh yeah, and Bailey.

Favorite Toy: me

Favorite Nap Spot: my bed; living room chair; wherever he plops down

Favorite Food: Hill's Prescription Weight Loss dry (or canned food)...shhhh...it's embarrassing for him

Skills: waking me up every morning by sitting on my chest; catching moths and eating them (yuck!); tricking his owners into thinking he is hungry when he JUST ATE!!

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story: He was born as an outside cat to one of the strays we used to feed. We know that his mother was a small long-haired black cat, but we have no idea who his father was (he must have been a big boy). From day one, he was a freak-- WAY bigger than his sister, eating more than anyone else, friendlier than the others--so he immediately became my personal favorite. One day I went outside and saw something on his neck....it turned out to be a rather large hole. I quickly brought him to the vet, concerned that since he was still a kitten that he was in danger. It was a type of worm that burrowed itself into him (which I still find very disgusting to remember). The vet took good care of him, though, and we brought him home with the hole all stitched up. From that day on, he was an outside cat no more...thank god, because he is the best cat ever.

Bio: Corey is the cutest thing you'll ever see. He's quite the big cat, so he's a bit intimidating, but he's nothing but a big ol' baby. He whines when he wants fed like he's been starving for days! He sleeps with me every night and even lets me put my arm around him. There is nothing better than a big cat to cuddle with. He's the best!

Lives Remaining: 8 of 9

Forums Motto: Tell me one more time why I'm not eating

Well, I am writing on barely any sleep! I only got 16 hours of sleep yesterday instead of my usual 18 because that idiotic beast of a dog kept me up all night! He kept barking and barking and BARKING. At what? I don't know! I didn't hear anything, and frankly, I didn't care if I did! I wanted my sleep. I could tell that girl was getting upset as well because she kept making angry-sounding noises. I was hoping she would go downstairs and hit that stupid thing on the noggin with a big stick...but she didn't. Damn, I wish I had opposable thumbs!
And to top it all off, that little cat (who thinks she runs the place, by the way) is back! I don't know where she goes, but some days she's here, other days she's not. It's so hard for me to relax. I am very stressed out right now.
(YAWN) Well, I'm off to catnap.

It snowed outside for the first time this year, and I think I could feel the cold from inside. I swear those humans need to put in better insulation! Now I'm no contractor, but I know a draft when I feel one. And I may not be able to say, "HEY! Shut that door! We aren't heating the outside here!", but I feel like they've known me long enough to be able to see what I'm thinking.
That girl (who I guess is my favorite human) continues to pick me up and put me places. One minute, I'm walking to my food dish, the next I'm up in the air traveling upstairs or across the room! I tell you, I get so disoriented I just end up staying wherever she puts me. I guess I don't mind too much, though, because she seems to protect me from that dog and other annoyances. I just wish she'd stop bringing that strange monster that makes all the noise out to run across all the soft floors. I will never see the point of something that loud and frightening.
Also, another grievance is that my left eye is watery and gooey at the moment. I don't know why, but that girl seems fascinated by putting two drops of some stuff that stings in it at odd intervals during the day. Maybe it was her that made it like this in the first place! I guess not...maybe she is trying to fix it, but I can't see how putting more liquid in my eye is going to stop it from watering. Oh well! I will never understand these upright animals.
Oh, great. Here she comes again! I imagine she will be picking me up and taking me somewhere else right about n...
