I am back.....

I am back with my wonderful foster mom! at my departure from what was to be my "home" buckets of tears were shed for Me. The humans there loved me so much and took good care of me but THAT Gaston, he wouldn't give in and make room for me. Each day was worse instead of better. It was decided it was best for all if I went back to my foster mom. My "almost mommy" is still very sad and is trying to forgive Gaston for being such a bully.

One good thing is that both of my moms have become friends and I will still be connected to everyone. My page is going to be transfer to my foster mom tomorrow.

Meeting Dr. Kennedy

Off we went in Mommy's red car zooming down Laurel Canyon ... I was very quiet the entire ride but mommy never shuts up

"...is my baby ok? are you too hot Maxwell? such a good boy maxi ? isn't that a neat carrier ? mommy got it just for her Maxwell...."

I wanted to tell her that being in a carrier is no picnic and that she should try it sometimes but I decided staying quiet was best not sure what was going to happen with the NICE Dr. Kennedy.

To make a long story short I have a cold...we did not need to go to Dr.Kennedy I knew I had a cold ...I could have saved mommy $$ to spend on treats....

I got a shot, eye drops, pills for my sneezing and amoxi drop!!! They also trimmed my long hair around my bum (blushes) because I am not doing a great job of cleaning THERE!

I went to the Dr.'s visit being 4 months I came out a month older ... Can you beleive that I am 5 months old ... they were able to tell because of my teeth. Oh! yes they looked at me every which way...nothing was left private!

The ride back home was fine... I was really tired and I was put in my playpen for the rest of the evening so I could rest without my brother Gaston bothering me.

Oh! I almost forgot all that grooming and ear cleaning that Gaston gives me is not out of LOVE but DOMINANCE ... I am planning on cleaning Gaston's ears one day!

Sneezing!

I started sneezing, my small nose is all dry and one of my eye is watery and Mommy is besides herself with worry. She said I am going to see the nice Dr.Kennedy tomorrow at 4:00 pm.

I did not feel much like playing today but I did eat all my food. My brother Gaston left me in peace but for once and he had a "time out" and mommy was furious since I am not feeling well she called Gaston a "Big Bully"

I will have my typist write all about my visit with nice Dr. Kennedy. We are going there in mommy fast red car ... so that should be fun!

The LOVE....

My brother Gaston gave me loves this morning...we even napped side by side. but now he is back to being is aggresive no fun furself!!! I bet he is afraid that I am going to be the "Prince" around here because I am so "adorable"... everyone who came to see me in my new home said I was just "so darling and precious...it's enough to make me purr real loud.

Time Out!

Gaston and I had two "Time Out" today called by mommy and enforced by dad. Gaston was sent to the bathroom for 5 minutes to reflect on his behavior toward ME.

We spent the afternoon away from each other by choice. Later Gaston groomed me ... cleaning even in my ears ... I am not sure I like it since I can groom myself.

Since Gaston always goes by dad on the sofa at night I decided to do the same ... pushing my way in to cuddle ... Mommy even took photos of us. She takes photos of everything we do !!!

Day Two in my furever home

This morning we had breakfast with Gaston. I played with his toys and he played with mine.

Gaston still attacks me and corners me but not as much as yesterday. But I am not scared of him because our humans are being cautious and they are supervising us.

Some of it is my fault I run after Gaston whne he wants peace and quiet but I am a kitten and I can't help myself :))

First day in my new home.

So my foster mom and the adoption counselor took me to my new home in the Hollywood Hills. The car ride was not so bad.
My new human parents seemed overly excited at my arrival. At first things went well, my big brother was friendly but I needed time to reflect and went to a hidding place. Gaston (that is my brother's name) got worried about where I was and tried to get me to come out...when I did finally come out, he licked my face but he also grabbed me by the neck.

I was put in what they call a cat play pen (looked like a big cage to me) they said it was my "safe place" I stayed there foreverrrrrrrr at least an hour. Then I was allowed to run free while Gaston was locked in his own room. I explored the entire house looking for hidding places.

Later, Gaston was let free to play with me but all he wanted to do was show me he is TOP cat! I am very tired so I am sleeping in my "safe place" tonight.

I hope tomorrow Gaston will like me more.
