The Adventures of Oliver!

Day one on Catster!

My name is Oliver and I am a very loveable kitty... once I get to know you. I'm very shy at first and it takes me a while to warm up to someone, but once I do... watch out :)

I love to eat! I will eat anything I can get my little paws on. I especially love meat! I know I'm not supposed to eat it but I just can't seem to help myself! If I see mommy and daddy having dinner, I sit and wait patiently hoping that they will drop something that I can eat. They usually won't because they want me to be a healthy kitty, but every once in a while, something escapes and I get to have a little treat. The only food I really do not like is Pounce Treats! Simon, my brother eats them all the time, but I don't like them. I guess I also don't like green peppers. I once got ahold of some but the end result was not very pleasant for me, or my mommy.

I am daddy's boy... I guess I'm mommy's boy too, but I love to hop up on daddy's lap when he's watching tv. I love to wake mommy up promptly every morning at 6:20am for some loving. Sometimes she will actually pet me but other times she just rolls over and goes back to sleep. I will never understand these humans and why they have to sleep when they do. I can sleep whenever and wherever I want! Why can't they?
