Happy Birthday to ME!!

Meowmi just saw that Catster sent me a bunch of treats for my birthday. . . boy, was she embarrassed, cause she didn't realize today was the BIG DAY! hmmmmph. . . She'd better bring me something GOOD as a guilt-reducer!! My own can of tuna, maybe?? We'll see!

Much Ado About Nothing!

Last Saturday Meowmi stuffed me in the little blue box and hauled me to the doc's office just cause my foot was swollen. Big deal! So I have a puffy paw pad - nothing to get stressed over! I was still hopping around ok on the other three feet! But no, off we go, and before I knew it my paw was constrained in a big ol' bandage! Then I was really hopping! Hopping mad, that is! Meow-ow-ow! And the vet-lady stuck me with a needle too! She said it'd make my paw pad get better, but it just seemed like more pain to me!

Then we got back home, and the REALLY bad stuff started! THREE, count 'em, THREE meds twice a day! yuck! Meowmi said one is supposed to taste like chicken, but it doesn't taste like any chicken I ever ate! Bleah!

But I showed them! I managed to gnaw that bandage off by mid-day Sunday! hahahaha!!!!

Then today I was napping on Meowmi's pillow when all of a sudden I was being stuffed back in the little blue box! Yeow!!! Off we went again, and the vet-lady put another bandage on my foot!! No shots this time, though, thank catness! Back home I set to work. I had perfected my technique last time, so this time it only took me two hours to get the bandage off! Meow-hahahaha!! That'll show them! I can handle my own puffy foot! Meow-snarf!
