outdoors Arrival Story: Casper appeared in a backyard just after Hurricane Ike and as a young kitten. He is very sweet and gentle. We think he was born around July 2008 by a feral cat--but for some reason he is tame, not feral, due to neighbors playing with him and he treated a stray female as his mommy, much to her irritation :) Homeowner is allergic to cats, so needs to find him a forever home. They did get him neutered and obtained all his shots. Bio: He is very playful and craves company. Casper really wants to come in the house. He is white with some faint orange on his face and back. His eyes are crystal blue. Not sure if he is good with dogs or not--although appears interested in them with no aggression. Adoption application applies.
