It has been gray 'n raining all day. No sunshine. Dull. Boring. To make things worse, I was scooped up 'n pushed into my carrier and tooked to the v*e*t. After I was subjected to a pawdicure, my bottom was pinched, cleaned 'n trimmed (I'm really fuzzy back there). Then I had to list 5 things I like about Halloween for the Halloween Tag game. I was polite and listed 5 things, but they are more for the time of the year than for Halloween. Ya know why???? I do not like Halloween. For one thing, Mam makes me wear silly costumes. Undignified fur shur. Not even close to being princess-like. And then, there is the night when scary little kids come on the porch shouting and banging on the door. I don't like it at all. I go to my "secret" hidey place 'n do not come out until it is all over.
So anyway, I hope the sun shines tomorrow so that I feels better.
Leave A Comment | 4 people already have Bah, we all have those days Ollie, I hope you're over the vet visit, never fun. Just enjoy the sun when it's out and the snuggles when it's not. We kitties are sooo good at sleeping, now's the time for competition style snoozing. That's okay that you don't like Halloween, Ollie. We like the season of Halloween more than the holiday itself. I put up with the ridiculous pumpkin costume this time, but next year, I might not be so nice - MOL! Hope the sunshine comes out for you soon...
xoxo, Luke I know how you feel about the weather, Ollie. Cloudy rainy weather makes me grumpy too! It has been raining a lot her so I just snuggle on Mommy's bed with 2 of my nice brothers and dream sweet dreams.
As for Halloween, I like when Mommy hoses down the nasty kids better than the ones knocking on the door. he he
