I got Clint for my mother, but got too attached.

Bio:
When I got Clint, I put him on the floor so the other cats could smell him. He was only 8 weeks old, but he puffed up and scared the other cats to death. That is why he got named after Clint Eastwood. He really is the sweetest cat ever. Clint was the first pet therapy docent for the SPCA of TX. Clint and I would go to the state nursing homes and visit the patients. Clint loved to go out and make people happy. He would sit in their laps and purr. He loved his visits. It was remarkable to see the change in the patients mobility and mood. They loved to see Clint. One time, I went to an SPCA function with Clint. Everybody ran over to see Clint. I was dressed up in formal wear, but all anybody saw was Clint. He is such a handsome boy. Those blue eyes and long whiskers. And a single white hair in the middle of his forehead.

So sad, our Clint has moved on

Clint passed away on June 30. He was diagnosed with diabetes several years ago, but finally his kidneys went out. Throughout it all, Clint was brave. Always purring and asking to be brushed. I will miss him. He is with my mom now. I am pretty sure he is sitting on her lap right now.

Heaven has itself another angel. We love you Clint.
