got to sleep with mama

I got to take a nap with mama today. She had the day off. Oh I just love being able to cuddle next to her pillow and purr in her ear, to let her know I love her. (And of course she pets and strokes me and tells me constantly how much she loves me. Awwww) Today and last night was the first time in a while I came and slept next to mama. If you kitties are thinking about doing it, and your humans don't mind, I recommend it.

Mama sprayed me again tonight and I DON'T LIKE IT. I know it's to help my skin feel better, but I still don't like it. The sound of spray startles me. Even when she's spraying one of my siblings with the water bottle I still get nervous and run off cuz I fear I may be next. Mama always says not to worry cuz I'm a good boy and couldn't harm anyone. I reminded her that is true...the only ones I harm however, mama, are those vet people who stick needles in me. I'm an old man and I need respect.

Oh my furriend Hazel Lucy sent me a nice email saying her human put colloidal silver on the little red bumps on her skin. (I sent her an email back.) Mama's now wondering if that would be better than the spray she's using....

Well I'm hungry. Time for a snack.

update on my back (and my skin)

Hi there

Well today mama went and got me some spray to soothe the "hot spots" on my skin (the little red marks she found) and also to help soothe my skin. I sure didn't like it when she sprayed - spraying anything startles me - but my skin is feeling a little better now.

She also got me & my siblings a laser thingy! OH I LOVE TO PLAY WITH THAT! I run after that little red thing and chase it all over the place! It's such fun! She uses it with each of us (since we get too aggressive when we chase it together) and I can tell it's a hit.

Time to get some attention from mama...cuddles!

Hi kitties and humans

Just anofur lazy day for me....lately I've been sitting on a little perch next to mama's puter and can contentedly be with her, which I just WUV.

Mama noticed I'd been licking on things like bedding and wool-like material so she posted a question in the forums. Turns out a lot of kitties do this and it's a fairly normal thing. She was relieved! She worries about me since I am an FIV + boy and she wants to be alert for the first signs of any illness. So far I have been just fine the whole time I've been living here, of course I've only been here about 10 or 10 1/2 months.

Time to go back to sleep YAWN
