Hello is anyone there?

For 6 days my Nana has tried to renew my catster plus. Grandpa calls and leaves our phone # and says we want to renew.. also gives my id#.
New place and my Mommy does not have internet set up yet so she can't get to her e-mail.
So we tried.. It expires the 2nd and Nana has about had enuf!

tinker bell...tell yur mom ta rites ta catster N ask em why they iznt callin...like scroll ta de very bottom oh yur page N look for de contact section while her bee on heer...we had a few other friends this happened two...took days ta get bak...?????
