Amelia was born outside in a shed on 8.13.08. She has 5 siblings...3 went to their furever homes and she and Maggie and the Bean stayed here with us. i named them. Thats what happens when you name them...they become yours!!
Her mother is Shadow, also a member of our furamily. Shadow was put out of her home when her Mom died in May. She was not neutered! Now she is!!
Amelia is a very sweet little girl, with slight touches of orange running through her back.
She is named after our dear friend Beloved Angel Amelia...i know she will wear the name well. It is given with love.
Bio:
Hi, i'm Amelia and i am a very happy girl. i was born in a shed and it was a scary place for me. Sometimes it would get dark in there and i was furry scared. Then my Mama Shadow would come and feed me and i would feel much better. Then one day (9.25.08) 2 very nice ladies came and took me and my brofurs and sisfurs and put us in a cat carrier. Then we went for a short walk, stopping in front of a huge houseboat. Before i could go inside i was given a flea bath and towel dried. Once i was clean, Mommy took me inside and put me in a really cool kitten condo. Gee, i think i could get used to this.
Two times people came to see us kittens but no one took me.
i looked sad and Mommy told me the reason no one picked me was because she told them i was already taken!! Mommy had it planned all along!
i'm here to stay and i love my Mommy.

Most all of the other kitties in my furamily have diaries, so this morning i convinced Mom that i should have one too!
This is my first effur entry and boy is it a GREAT one...
Last night Mom was checking my email and there was one saying that i had received a special gift from Cuddles.
When i opened it, it was a DIAMOND RING!!
it said:
"My most beautiful and adored Amelia.... would you so kindly give me the honor of accepting my hand in marriage? It would make me the HAPPIEST cat in the world!! "
WooHoo!!!
i, of course, said YES YES YES!!!
i am so happy to be engaged to my sweet boy Cuddles.
i am floating on air right now...
