Arrival Story:
I got Ms. Jenkins the same day as Cosmo. She was 4, and a skinny little thing who had just been spayed. She was sticking her paws through the cage and grabbing my friend's hair. He said we should get her and I agreed. She had a lot of personality. We had the name Ms. Jenkins picked out already and agreed it was a good fit for her. She came home and threw herself on the floor and looked around as if to say, "Yep, I'm home." She has been happy ever since.

Bio:
Ms. Jenkins thinks she is a person. She was also surrendered by her previous family due to allergies. She has become quite round since her spaying, but we don't care. She has this tiny little meow that doesn't suit her at all, and she yells if she is out of food. She just lays herself right in front of the bowl and hogs it for ever when it is refilled. Ms. Jenkins loves men. She likes all people, but men in particular and she will walk over me to get to my husband. She has claimed him as hers and he feels the same. While she likes the other cats in the house, she thinks she is too good for them and spends more time with us. She has quite a sense of humor and we laugh often. ***Update*** Ms. Jenkins was diagnosed with breast cancer almost a year ago. She had 2 major surgeries and 3 rounds of chemo. She was a real trooper through all of it, and now is back to her old self, well, she has been for a while. We don't know how long she will survive, but we take it one day at a time and for now, she is doing well. She is fun as ever and still hogging the food bowl.
