My husband and I met Ralphina on my birthday when we heard her meowing from atop an electrical pole. She was chased by a dog and was 3 inches from a live wire. We called the fire department to rescue her and they turned us down. When we called the electric company they refused to help too until I told them a little boy was trying to climb it to rescue her. They were there in 10 minutes. Hmmmm, what boy??!!
