meat! and he loves canned food- anything beef or liver (he doesn't really like fish all that much) he loves meat- he stole a piece of london broil off the counter once. It was almost as big as his head but he dragged it away like prey...

Arrival Story:
At the veterinary hospital where i work, one of our clients knows a bengal breeder. One of our docs was looking for a cat for her niece so the client brought this bengal in- now, Blizzard is not a people cat- and our Dr. wanted a cat for her niece that would be a lap cat- Blizzard is not that kind of cat, so our Dr said that she would put him outside at her barn. Blizzard is also an incredibly shy and scardy-cat- i didn't think he'd do well outside- i just didn't think he'd survive out there so, Motor was staying at the hospital at the time while i fixed up my house. I put Blizzard in Motor's cage, they hissed once then curled up together and have been inseparable ever since. I call them soul brothers- they sleep together like the yin/yang symbol- they clean and groom each other and also play quite rough. I hate to think what one would do without the other.

Bio:
Motor and Blizzard are an exclusive cat club- i have tried numerous times over the past few years to bring another cat into the house and they will not have it- they are kings of their castle and don't want any interlopers! Blizzard is also facinated by, and seems to really like my iguana- when i put her on the floor to clean her cage, Blizzard comes over and rolls in front of her and reaches a paw out to touch her- it's really cute. Over the years i've learned to read the signs of Blizzard-love. He is not an overtly affectionate cat- infact, unless you knew him, you would think he was quite aloof- he runs when he thinks you are coming too close, hides totally when strangers are in the house- but allows tummy rubs and back scratches when you are preparing his dinner- his fur is so incredibly soft- it makes it that much more of a treat when he lets me pet him. Blizzard was purchased from the Bengal breeder and was returned because he was not affectionate and paid more attention to the buyers other cat. Because i know him, i see how affectionate he is, in his own way, and wouldn't want him to behave any different. He's my special kitty.
