outdoors Arrival Story: I was not really the guardian of Mr Black Butt but I would look out for him. He started to hang around the flats where I live for several months and he would have howling matches with my ginger tom Tiggy and he was a nice size but as time went on he became thinner and started to scavange in the communal bins and so everytime I saw him I put some food down for him.
I made contact with an animal communicator in Austrialia and she spoke with him for me and told him if he needed anything he only had to come to me and I would try and help.
I came home one lunch time and found him curled up on a pile of old duvets next to the bins and he let me touch him and pick him up which was very strange since he usually never let me get near him, I gave him some food and left him to eat.
Later that evening I went out to see if he was still there and he was and so I decided I couldn't leave him out all night as it was going to be cold and wet so I set up a puppy pen with towels, food, water and a litter tray and put it in the bathroom and then went and picked him up and brought him in and put him in the pen and pushed the door to so my other 2 cats didn't bother him and made arrangements with the RSPCA for him to see a vet in the morning.
He made it through the night but when I got up in the morning his breathing was a bit funny and I brought him through into the front room where Prince and Tiggy were very good and didn't bother him. We all sat in the front room and chatted to him and then about 7 am GMT he crossed the rainbow bridge.
I cut a small piece of fur from his coat and placed with all my other cats that have crossed the rainbow bridge and made him an honorary memeber of our family on Friday 21st November 2008 The Groups I'm In: ♥Pawrayer and Pawraise♥ I've Been On Catster Since:
