Arrival Story:
I was riding my motorcycle with friends, stopped at a gas station, when a mini-SUV pulled in making loud MEOW sounds. We got the owner to pop the hood, and extracted a small orange feral kitten. The owner wanted to drop it by the side of the road, so I took pity on the little thing and said I'd take it. My friend drove it home in his saddle bag, and proclaimed the animal's name to be "Lucky". I added the lastname "Spitfire" because the feral kitten's fear of human contact causes her to SPIT every time a hand approaches her from the front.

Bio:
Lucky is still afraid of humans, but is able to tolerate and appreciate my touch when I pet her. She only spits these days when she's at the vets office. She won't really cuddle with me, but is very much a cats cat. She loves her big brother Spooky, and follows him around, cuddles with him, and generally acts like any pestly little sister would. She's getting bigger now (5 months and 6 lbs), and still loves to be petted and sleep on my legs at night. On her terms, of course.
