My Feral Life

My New Life

Dear Friends,

It has been one week since BK aka Blackie went to live with his new feral colony in Amador City. He has a beautiful property to live on, with a large barn, a pump house and plenty of acreage to roam. He will acclimate indoors for one more week and then he will be introduced to the out of doors.

I think this will be a great opportunity for him. He will have a small colony of kitties to befriend and hang out with; they are all going to arrive at around the same time. And, he loves other kitties so that should be ideal for him!

Hi Efurryone,

Well, I did not socialize. It's been almost a year and I am still very shy. Though, I will stay in place while my foster parents walk by. But, I won't allow them to touch me at all.

My foster mom is very sad that I did not socialize. It looks like I will be going to live in a feral colony soon. My needs will be taken care of and I will have other cats to hang out with. My foster mom is afraid that I will miss my brother and sister and her cats though.

Dear Santa...

My Foster Mom has a wish for Christmas, that I will become socialized. So far, I am resisting. All four of my siblings came out of their shells, Jasmine, Marmelade, Serena and Samantha, but I am just plain stubborn!

She hasn't given up hope yet. Please Santa Paws, please help me come out of my shell so I can find a forever home.
