Arrival Story:
My dad and two brothers were visiting friends in Fruitland Utah, and they saw some feral farm kittens. Not knowing any better, they decided to bring one home to me and my mom (who had stayed home). They brought him home in an onion box. When they got home, they said they brought some onions back and handed the box to my mom. My mom was hesitant to open it because she can't stand onions. She finally opened it and out popped Leo the feral farm kitten. He was so tiny no more than 5-6 weeks. He was SO adorable!

Leo was going to be used as a mouse hunter like his mother and father and was left to fend for himself after the mother had weaned them. He is very mean because of his feral ancestry, but is getting so much calmer every day. He does still scratch when you pet him too long or you do something to him he doesn't like, such as touch his paws or tail. He doesn't like dogs and pretty much stays away from them and ignores Aidan and Kobe. Basically all he needs is food, water and a little love and he's totally happy. He's now about 14 years old and is starting to lose some weight, sleeps a lot more, as he ages, but he should have a good few years left. UPDATE: On 2/15/2013, we made the tough decision to put Leo to rest because of a painful cancerous lump on his stomach. Rest in Paradise, Leo!
