As a kitten he was brought into the store where I work, he grumbles at everyone and was completely sure that he didn't need anyone. After a very short time, he started coming in to the office at work and snuggling up with me, we bonded quickly. He is still slow to let anyone else into his life, but he is the first kitten that I have ever had.
