Arrival Story:
Angel was a petstore rescue. I say that because the petstore near me is known for neglecting and denying their animals proper care. Angel came to us at just 6 weeks old. She had just been weened a few days previous and was still figuring out the whole food thing.

Angel is Simba's mother. She's a gorgeous black short hair. Her fur is so thick and glossy and soft just like spun silk. She is a typical girl and can go from being soft and cuddly one minute to growling the next! hehe She is the deffinate queen of the house and she knows it too! She rules the roost and isnt afraid to put the others in their places! She is my sweet gorgeous pretty girl and i love her to bits! Angel is also mute. Weather or not that is from petstore abuse/neglect i will never know, but she is unable to vocalize. The amazing thing is she has taught us signlangauge! I kid you not haha! She has signs for everythign she needs. Patting the cupboard where her food is to ask for dinner, streatching wayyyyyyyy up to pat the doorknob when she wants to go outside. STARING at you very intently when she wants to sleep where your sitting. HAHAHA Angel tends to get frustrated when her signs are ignored or missed and will pounce the others to vent her frustration lol.

Angel had always been the mother of our little fur family.
She ruled our home with a velvet paw.
Angel too Lacey's death hard, and was just starting to come around when Pepper passed on in May. While she was still coming to grips with loosing Pepper, Simba
died quite suddenly with no warning at the beginging of July.
Soon after Simba's death, Angel went into a sharp decline. The past 6 weeks has been a time of great concern and worry about her.
Angel took Simba's death very hard. Loosing Simba so soon after loosing her buddy Pepper, was just too much for Angel. She stopped eating, no longer wishing to socialize but for the few times she would curl up in my arms and cry- there is no other way to discribe it.
Angel went to sleep Friday night night and Saturday morning was found only half conscious.
We picked her up and she woke up enough to know we were there and about half an hour later died peacefully in my arms.
She will be missed always but at the same time I am happy for her that she is once again with the fur kids she loved and missed so very much.
