I will sleep anywhere, but I really love sleping on mommys coat or curled up on my Kitty mommy Sofie.

Anything. Give it to me & I will eat it.

Skills:
I will chase my own tail like a puppy, and I love finding all of mommys change on the floor. I carry anything in my mouth and drop it in my food and water bowl to play with later.

Arrival Story:
I took in a stray tortie shell female cat when I was living in Tucson, AZ. My Husband and I had her for a good 6 months before we moved back to his home town Knoxville, TN where his Mother had 2 boys kitties Tiggy Jr. & Fuzzy who was a beautiful long haired siamees. I hadn;t had a chance yet to get Sofie fixed and she soon became pregnant and had 2 baby orange kittens. For the longest time we couldn't tell what sex they were. We were so shocked they came out orange because they don't look like Fuzzy or Sofie in color, but Scheurby has fuzzys facial features and expressions and Zelly (his Brother) has Sofie's facial features.

Bio:
I'm a kooky little boy with lots on energy. My name is very special. My Mommy had a kitty for 18 years named Scheurmann and he happened to look almost just like me. So my Mommy named the first part of my name after him. Scheur and then added purrt to the end.

How Special My Name Is

Let me tell you about my crazy name. If you look at my family of kitties below you will see a gorgeous orange kitty that is now on the other side. His name is Scheurmann.

Well when I was born I cam out orange just like he was. I shouldn't had been orange. My Mommy is a dark brown and black torte and my Daddy is a huge blue eye Siamese. My brother & I came out bright orange though. When my Human Mommy saw me she started crying because it shocked her that I looked so much like her beloved Scheurmann.

At first they were going to name me Schubert after Orange Schubert, but my Human mommy wanted to give honor to Scheurmann so she changed the spelling of the first part of my name to SCHEUR and then added PURR + the T. so it sounds just like Schubert, but spelled SCHEURPURRT.

The PURR part of my name is also special because I have a female Maine Coon in my family and her name is Jaspurr. So we are trying to keep the Purr going in the family to. :) Pretty neat huh?
