well, Daddy noticed today while loving me that Ive probably LOST a whole POUND! who can say theyve lost 1/12th their body weight in a week!
Actually its probably the heat! Its been 3 weeks of 105* heat here and this week it FINALLY cooled off some!
our A/C has been on the blinky so it HAS NOT BEEN FUN!
laying around feeling dead to the world, mom making comments like "dead kitties laying-" instead of dead man walking...and all the while her giggling at her innane sense of humor!
now DADDY, he tells me the truth!
"you have definition in your hind area Haley" and then he stopped and looked and I wanted to nip him for this "or youre so well rounded that youre showing your definition"

dont they REALIZE how FRAGILE a girls sense of confidence is??????

today was a girls dream come true
first I received a notice from Calvin, our wonderful Administrator for the "I Knead you " group...such a great group too ...if youre a kneader, there is no better place!!...anyway, I received notification that I was one of Catsters Diary of the day picks!! OH MY CATNESS!!!
My head was in a dither!!
a party to plan and my dearest Marky...but I get ahead of myself!

Today was our VLR Royalty group's Festival of the WHite Rabbits Depositing Colored Eggs Throughout the Castle Festival...Chef Spot and his ever present apprentice Jones were there to cater the affair!!
There was so much food!! (we sent off care packages to those who would have been able to go but for their secatary's...its all good!)
and so much to drink and catnip to roll in
Yes!! you heard it right!!
I revamped the Castle for the Pawty with a 20 ft by 20 ft catacured area of Catnip surrounded by a row of Cat grass and edible flowers!! Its called "the Catnip Gardens" and its where the Loving Tom of my Life , Marky Ramone said "YES IDO I DO I DO" when I requested his paw in marriage!!!
I know, not very queenly of me but I SHALL NOT marry someone just for political reasons!!((look of total disgust on face))
I need to be loved for ME and not have someone forced to love me !
Lucy, who introduced Marky and myself, was so right...theres a Tom for every Queen! and I found mine!!! Hes black and white and CUTE ALL OVER!

The pawty went wonderfully thanks to all the Royals!!
Prince Cinni Flambeau, Princess Pooter, Queen CoffeeLateCreamigoodness and of course Duchess Von Tweak-Dashy-Tweak!! the wonderful food, heady drinks and Elixir of Life from Queen Coffee and of course quite a few Catmopolitans slugged back in a very unqueenly fashion all made for a more tremulous of proposals!! The girls all watched and were my support when I wasnt sure if I should do such a thing...Proper Queens dont propose? they are proposed TO....BALDADASH!!
Im the Queen, if Marky has said that he doesnt mind being my KING then I shall have the sweet lug of a kitty by my side...together...our new beginning for Spring!!

I went to bed like I usually do a couple of nights ago, first getting on daddy for lovies in his beard and then over to mom for pets
well, mom was not in the mood to have me perched on her for very long and THREE TIMES moved me off of her!!
the fourth and last time I wrapped both paws around her arm so that she could not remove me!!
mom thought it was so cute that she woke daddy up and showed him me holding on to her arm for dear life!
mommy couldnt keep it to herself and started giggling about me holding on so tenatiously!
she giggled so much that it was humilating!!
I got down and did not get back up turning my back to her for the night!!

Royal of the Week!

Im just so very very blessed!!Not only do I have the bestest Daddy in the World but IM ROYAL OF THE WEEK!
hehe Now Im not going to be a mean Queen but the subjects in THIS Castle are going to have to make some better accomodations for me!
MORE PETS, More Daddy time, More Mommy time ...and the other subjects NEED to stay at the bottom of the bed when my servants are caressing me!
Its terrible when a Queen such as myself has to be "bitey" but that is one of my Queenly duties around here...making sure that everything runs smooth as SILK!...which brings me to another subject MOM....make me a SILK BED worthy of my Queenly ness!!

yes yes following the encouragement of my gal pal Mercy, I nibbled at mom till she got me Modeling for new pics again
Mercy kept telling me ..."bigger pics!! more pretties!!" SO I DID??!!!

I think they could be better and show my interesting and sweet colored nose a touch better but then Daddy is working on his photographic skills in bed!
yes in bed! thats the only place that I would sit still long enough and get close enough to get my BIG pictures!!
Im so very glad I did!!
but mom warmed me that I have a weekend of picture taking ahead of me!

my first Diary entry! Lovie time

Hey there Everyone!!
I thought I would start my diary today since my "sibs" are all catatonic!
I know Im such a Daddy's girl and Mom has never made a fuss about it becuz Daddy's need lovin's too!
well, I showed mommy last night!
she was in bed and dad was out with the guys...mom was reading her current book (which I help with every time she reads!) and I came up and wanted some Lovies!
she said no to being on her tummy, I got miffled and went to suckle on Daddy's blanket...then I decided that I had better get up there and give mom a good talking to!
I WANTED LOVIES!and I was NOT going to take NO for an answer!!
so I tromped up and murfled at mom (I dont meow, I chirp, I bleep, I murfle)
that I WANT LOVIES NOW! and she listened!!
I got up on the pillow over her head and PURRREEDDDD and nestled into her hair and fell fast asleep!!
Oh, did I mention that I have a thing for fresh washed mommy hair??
YEP!

I LOVEEEEEEEE to rub in mommys hair but when its fresh washed! OY!! I have to dive right in there!

I had "QUALITY" time with mom
