Are they replacing me?

Dear Diary,

I think my humans are planning on replacing me! Okay, not replace, but....they keep talking about how they want to get another kitty. Shan keeps saying things that make it sound like she wants another cat for me--ha! As if. I don't need a "playmate". I'm doing very fine on my own, thank you very much! What if it wants to--ugh--snuggle with me? GROSS. Apparently this new cat they like, Sadie, has a sister named Izzy that looks exactly like me. Yeah right! Snip-Snip

This morning, my big sisters took me to the vet for alteration. I was really hungry all morning because they hid my food after 10:30 last night! When we got to the vet's office, the nurse said I was so pretty and that I looked like a cottonball. The nurse just called my sister Ani and said that I came out of surgery just fine! I have to stay in the hospital overnight, but tomorrow morning I get to go home. I know my family is missing me! I'm already looking forward to putting some scratches on their leather sofas in retaliation. ^_^
