outdoors Arrival Story: She was abandoned at an apartment block I lived in at Dickson, ACT, Australia. I befriended her (or rather she befriended me!) and unbeknownst to me 2 other residents thought she was their new companion as well. When I moved to another unit in Turner ACT, it was agreed amongst the 3 'carers' that I would take her with me - probably due to the fact she kept climbing into the moving van as it was being packed.

Note: BC now resides with John, a neighbour at my old complex (Turner ACT), whom BC had started hanging out with a few months before I moved house. Her strong aversion to my old cat Jack combined with my concerns about moving her again (I would hate for her to try and 'go home' and be hit by a car in doing so) plus the fact John is a sweetheart who loves BC very much resulted in me surrendering ownership (although she owned me - not the other way around!) to John in 2005. I still go and visit her from time to time and she is very happy. Bio: She is very much a free spirit and does as she pleases - this means she chooses on occasion to have numerous places of abode.
