Likes:
Dominating the household. Every time I play with the other cats he shows up and elbows his way in. He also claims me when I lie on the couch. He likes to go out on the patio and see if there's anything to hunt, but is really an indoor guy.

Pet-Peeves:
Byron the dog. For some reason Byron has singled him out to pick on.

Favorite Toy:
Anything. My hands, a bookmark, back scratcher, Cat Dancer, stuffed mice, real mice. CATNIP CATNIP CATNIP! And now wrestling with his new brother Lurch.

Favorite Nap Spot:
On the electric blanket, between my legs, if I'm lying on the sofa.

Favorite Food:
Raw lamb heart! Also beef, pork and chicken.

Skills:
Riding my shoulders. Muscling out the other cats. He's a good hunter when he goes out, and likes to play with them on my bed. He is also a ferocious bookmark killer while I read. Woe to unsuspecting bookmarks everywhere!

Arrival Story:
Rumble was in my last foster litter. I named him Rumble because of his deep purr and because he likes to pick fights. His brother died of FIP, so there was a miniscule chance that he and my other cats were now carriers. I'd had a recent death in the family and just couldn't deal with the whole adoption thing. He was extremely affectionate and fun, and so wanted this to be his home. Finally I caved and changed his last name from "foster" to mine. He's an awesome cat!

Bio:
He was attacked last year by a rottweiler, but is ok now. He'd gone out and decided to tour the outside of the house. I have an upstairs tenant with two dogs, and they were out in the fenced area. Rumble got cornered in there and the dog got hold of him. Fortunately I was very close and got to him before serious damage was done, and the bite wounds were shallow. We've made changes to protect the cats better. In my photo you can see two of the wounds the rotti left!
