Arrival Story:
I was seven when my mother told me one of her friends' cats had just had two kittens. I wanted a cat of my own, since my mom had one, and we went over there to pick one. Hoppy was the lighter of the two, and since I had always wanted a white cat, I picked her. Instead of running, she hopped everywhere, so I named her Hoppy because she hopped and made me happy.

Bio:
One time we came home and couldn't find Hoppy anywhere. We must have spent a half hour looking for her and calling her name. Finally, we went in the kitchen and just happened to look up, and there she was, sitting on top of the top cabinets. She always liked to be in higher places, so now I believe she is. Hoppy gave me sixteen wonderful years. She crossed over on September 4, 2004 from kitty cancer.
