Arrival Story:
She was a foster through our rescue. One day an old Spanish man came in holding a small closed box. My husband was luckily their to translate. The man told him that he had 4 kittens that he could no longer take care of. His cat kept having kittens, and their just to much for him (no, he never got her fixed). My husband opened the box to find 2 orange and white, 1 calico, and 1 tortie, 5 week old kittens completley covered in fleas. The man signed them over, and we brought them home with us. These four were introuduced to another kitter of 5 of the same age. They all grew up together, and Emilia always stood out. She was the smallest out of all 9, and the most outgoing. She would get right up in our faces and meow her little head off everyday. Although she was the funniest looking out of the bunch, she managed to steal our hearts. Somehow she beat out the whole litter, to become the last addition to our family for some time.
Bio:
We hope to also make her a going out kitty. She is very people friendly, and I'm hoping she could become on of the animals that visits childrens hospitals and other places like that.
