I love sleeping in my windowseat, playing and crying for food even though there is food in my bowl. I also love the satisfying crunch of plastic, and crave to eat it. (I don't know why my mom and dad think this is a bad idea.)
Pet-Peeves:
I'm not such a big fan of other cats.
Favorite Toy:
Some leather strips dangling from a long plastic stick. (I'm sure this thing has a name.)
Favorite Nap Spot:
My fleecey windowseat or a pile of clean clothes.

Purina Pro Plan and leftover cereal milk.

Arrival Story:
My mom had to have her cat Poppy put to sleep. Her neighbor took her to see me and my litter, as we all needed homes. I went home first, my sister Veda came home a week later. At first, we ran and ran around the apartment like speed demons, but eventually we settled in. We liked to sit in the windows and the bathroom sink.
Bio:
I lived with my mom and my sister in an apartment in New York then we moved to Kentucky, where my mom promised it would be greener and more relaxed. On the trip to Ky, I stayed in a motel and saw a train go by. It was so scary, I hid under the bed.
When we moved into our current home (with our dad and step-sister) we were finally allowed outside. I was nervous at first, but now I love the outdoors. I hide under the porch when the neighbor dogs come around. They like me, but I don't care for them.
I have a new brother, who is a dog. I like to watch him and sniff him but I don't like it when he chases me.

Oh...there's something not quite right with me, but my humans just can't seem to figure it out. I'm a very stressed out cat at the moment. For one thing, I haven't adjusted to living without my sister. She was the boss of me, you know. I'm not entirely sure how to be a cat without her.
I just feel sad and not quite right. I cry sometimes at night. Pace and cry, pace and cry, but I won't accept comfort.
Yesterday, my mom saw me looking out the door at the sun, so she let me out. I spent about five minutes on the porch sniffing around before I came back in. That seemed to help a little.
