He was very smart, especially when it came to getting what he wanted, every morning he'd bite Meowmy's toes until she'd wake up to feed him!

Arrival Story:
My dad's friend at work had found a stray and was giving him away to a good home who wanted him. I was about 9 years old and wanted a cat so badly. We ended up getting him, and at first I was going to name him 'Cat' after the character on Little Bear because I loved that show and he looked like the character, but ended up with 'Kittenie'. Kittenie was my first cat ever. I loved him so much. Later on, though, I found out I was allergic to cats and we thought it would be better that Kittenie should live outside part of the time, even though my allergies weren't serious. It was so hard leaving Kittenie outside for the first time and I wish we never did it, because after some years, he started acting sick. My parents took him to the vet, and the next day I learned that he had gone to the Rainbow Bridge, possibly due to feline leukemia or rat poison. It was so heartbreaking to hear. To this day I still regret letting Kittenie out into the wild, when he could have lived a happy life inside, and maybe even be alive to this day. But now he is soaring free as a bird at the +RAINBOW BRIDGE+
Bio:
Kittenie was usually called The Lern. In fact, we used that nickname so much we got a tag for him that said THE LERN on it. He also has a crinkled ear he got from a cat fight outside. Another interesting thing to know is, the only pet that I currently have who knew Kittenie is Shadow.
