Arrival Story:
I trapped an abandoned adult cat in very late 2003 (in fact, the day before Thanksgiving). I was not really ready to get another cat yet, but I was committed to finding the cat a home, so I put ads in the papers, did the whole vet workup on her, de-parasitized, etc etc etc. The cat was "ok" with me but as she became more well-fed, she became more aloof. By the time I moved out, she strongly disliked me because I didn't feed her as many treats as she demanded. I gave her to my parents, who LOVE her.

The picture is of when she was stuck in a sweater, very cute!
Older cat, very fat. I tease her like, "you're going to get so fat you're going to pop!" Since she is part of my extended cat kresh (cat family), she is included here, even though we do not approve of her lifestyle. Ah well, another cat saved and rescued!
